In order to start building your business with Calan Cosmetics, you will have to acquire the license of the International Distributor of the Galan Cosmetics products ( registration package) , and place your order for the Galan Cosmetics's products.
The registration package includes literature featuring Galan Cosmetics's products range and instructions for your first steps in you business with Galan Cosmetics.
Agreement
1. The Applicant is to purchase the goods of the Principal on conditions and payment terms to be specified by the Principal.
2.The Applicant is entitled to perform sales transactions either directly or through mediators with the products acquired from the Principal, the purchase being done in compliance with the Principal's trading policy and internal corporate laws to be valid during the corresponding time periods.
3. The Principal is to make every effort as far as required to supply the Applicant with its goods in accordance with the requests of the latter and the terms which are to be effective during the specified time period.
4. The Applicant is understood as an independent entrepreneur to be held accountable for its trading- economic activities hence there is not supposed to be any employer-employee relationships between the both parties.
5. The Applicant is not to be understood as a representative or an authorized dealer on the Principal's behalf in any way either directly or indirectly.
6. The applicant is liable to observe all the laws and regulations of any country where he is currently doing his business.
7. The Applicant is obliged to follow all the laws, regulations and legislature of the Principal as well as all amendments and changes to the Principal's corporate policy to be valid during the certain time periods.
8. The Principal guarantees payment to the Applicant of all the bonuses liable to him to be effected in conformity with the company remuneration plan.
9. The right to the status-related allowances and benefits can be transferred to another party only against a written consent of the Principal.
9. The Applicant is to confirm and declare that the fact of signing of the given agreement as well as payment of the entrance fee by the former is to be a condition sufficient enough to ensure the Applicant a corresponding status.
11. The Principal is entitled to reject the Applicant's request guided by the exclusively sole interests of the former.
12. In case of breaching the contractual obligations under the given Agreement the Principal reserves the right to suspend or terminate the validity of the Agreement with the preliminary notification to the other party at a 30 day notice without any other additional conditions.
