Terms of the competition

1. Any individual, independent of gender and race (religion or political opinion) may participate in the competition.

2. In order to participate, one should register at the organizer`s website.
  • 2.1. To register the participant must upload 1- 3 photos, and fill out the registration form. Multiple entries are prohibited.

  • 2.2. By registering the participant confirms that he/she has the necessary legal and jural capacity.

  • 2.3. When completing the registration form, participant agrees to provide accurate and relevant data. The website will only provide the name of the participant. All other data is not displayed on the website, but is necessary for the Organizer to collect, in order to be able to contact winners and send prizes.

  • 2.4. The participant confirms that the photos, provided for the contest, are free from the circumstances that prevent their use in this competition. The participant allows Organizer to use the photographs for the advertising of the competition.

  • 2.5. Registration in categories 1-2 is fulfilled only by legally responsible entities.

  • 2.6. Activation of the registration is carried out after checking of the registration forms and photos by the Organizer.

  • 2.7. Photos of low quality or overly explicit erotic content are prohibited for the competition. Also photos with significant use of image processing software (Adobe PhotoShop, etc.) are not allowed.

  • 2.8. Organizer reserves the right to reject applicants` photos without explanation and reviews.

  • 2.9. After activation, the participant is assigned a personal number, which is used in the voting.
3. Winners of the stages are determined by the popular vote of visitors of the Organizer`s web-site. Voting takes place in all categories by the participant`s number or by direct selection of photos. It is possible to vote for several contestants, but each contestant may be voted for only once.

4. Winners of the finals are determined by the authoritative jury, appointed by the Organizer.

5. Winners of the finals will be selected January 5, 2011. Intermediate winners will be selected on regular basis, as the participants receive necessary (for the intermediate prizes) number of votes.

6. Competitors agree that the images (pictures) of finalists may be used by the Organizer for promotional purposes without additional charge.

7. Prize-winners and winners of the competition have the right to refuse prizes and participate in the photo-session and this will not lead to any changes in any terms, including cash equivalent.

8. Organizer has the right to change the terms of the contest, publish additional infor-mation about the competition and place it on a website.

9. The fact of participation in the competition means familiarization and complete consent of participants with these Terms of the competition.

10. Given rules enter into effect upon publication on a web site.
